Activity two: Writing and Reflection
Materials: Pencil and Paper
Write down one thing you feel excited about doing today.
Why are you excited about doing this? How does it make you feel when you think about it?
What else do you need to do so that you can do the thing you want?
Activity three: Get your blood moving and get excited for the day with a line jump workout
Matierials: a sock, tape, or a jump rope
If it’s just you, make sure to rest during half of the activities!

Whew! Take a break and drink some water before continuing!
Activity four: Drawing and Reflection
Materials: Blank paper and drawing supplies like markers or crayons
Find something in your house that has changed since yesterday. It can be something very small— a plant, an object that has moved, or even the light. Why do you think you noticed this thing? Take ten minutes and draw the thing that you noticed.
If you don’t want to draw that, draw anything you want for ten minutes!
