Why Bhm?

As we launch a new year and new month of celebrations, we have to ask the questions “WHY BLACK HISTORY MONTH?” “WHY ANY SPECIAL CELEBRATION MONTHS?”. In this lesson our incredible educators have taken a simple approach to tackle one of those questions that gets asked by Americans over and over again. This lesson looks at the history of BHM and why it was established, changes and ways it’s grown throughout the years and why it is important to give it its shine.
